Walk & Talk Sessions
Walk and talk therapy sessions combine traditional talk therapy with moving your body and being in nature. Instead of meeting in an office, we walk side by side in a relatively private outdoor setting, such as a quiet public park, nature trail, or other low-traffic green space. Many people find that walking while talking reduces the pressure of face-to-face conversation, helps ease anxiety, and encourages a natural flow of thoughts. The rhythm of walking can also support emotional regulation and create space for reflection in a way that feels less formal and more comfortable.
These sessions can be a great fit for individuals who feel restless in an office setting, those who find nature restorative, or clients who want to combine physical movement with emotional work. Because confidentiality is essential, we’ll always choose areas that balance accessibility with privacy, making sure you feel comfortable sharing openly.
